Online Services 

I offer individual counselling to adults and young people (16+), whether that be short-term (6-8 sessions) for solution focused therapy or open-ended therapy, depending on circumstances. Sessions are up to 50 minutes long. 

 

What to Expect 

Sessions can be carried out via Zoom, phone call or WhatsApp, depending on how you would prefer to have your session - this is something we can discuss during an introduction call. I understand phone calls can be daunting for some people, so please let me know if you would prefer to communicate via messages/email. 

 

I do encourage clients to have a comfortable, confidential space to have their sessions, somewhere they will not be disturbed. I will also be in a confidential and private place where no one can hear our conversation. 

 

Walk and Talk Therapy 

Walk and talk therapy is a slightly different approach to the traditional therapy room, but that does not mean it doesn't have the same impact. It can be a great way to release some tension and move through the body, while speaking about things that can be very difficult. 

 

Walk and talk therapy is for all ages, and can be helpful for anyone. You may be more of on outdoors person and feel the benefit from being out in nature or you may struggle to sometimes leave home, this can be a great way to get comfortable with being outside. Just as if you were in a session indoors, the session is always at your own pace.

I do offer concessionary rates and lower cost therapy, depending on circumstances.
